Owner Doug Anderson’s philosophy is: “We knew our emphasis had to be bread-fresh and baked on-site,”"We’re also more than a sandwich shop. Customers can enjoy salads and delectable baked goods, like cupcakes, cookies, and pastry.”

Executive Baker Jacqueline Blanchard, A classically-trained chef from Louisiana, Blanchard has held positions at restaurants such as Restaurant August in New Orleans, Chez Panisse, and Bouchon (all in California), and most recently was chef de partie at Frasca in Boulder. A Bakery with deli flare, and Cajun flavors, the sometimes eclectic menu revolves around bread, and daily baked breads that are served right from the oven.
