Elena’s Graeter Hope Blueberry Pie Ice Cream
If the seasonal ice cream flavors and the holiday gift card sale aren’t enough to spark a giving spirit within your heart, we also tasted Elena’s Graeter Hope Blueberry Pie Ice Cream. This delicious ice cream with real blueberries and pieces of flaky piecrust was created in honor of Elena Desserich. The Desserich family of Cincinnati founded Cure Starts Now to raise money for pediatric brain cancer after loosing their six-year-old daughter, Elena, to cancer in 2007. Graeter’s gives a percentage of the proceeds to this worthy cause.

What a great deal. Or should I say Graet Deal! I’ll be stopping in today to purchase some gift certificates for my nieces and sister. Terrific write up. My favorite Graeters flavor is Raspberry Chocolate Chip – or should I say Chocolate Chunk! I also have shipped ice cream to co-workers in Virginia and they loved the gift.
