Average Joe’s is Far From Average

The owners of Average Joe’s invited us out to their brand new New Albany pub and grill located 4949 E. Dublin-Granville Rd, in Columbus. You can find it just off 161 East. It

You can get there easily using the Little Turtle Way exit and shoot down E. Dublin-Granville Rd. It will be on your left. If you see Urban Fitness you have gone to far. If you’re on 161 East and miss the Little Turtle Way just exit Hamilton Road and back track. There’s also an Average Joe’s operated by the same owners near Polaris at 8453 Sancus Blvd. in Columbus.

The pub is an open, airy design with plenty of table tops, bar stools, and booths to accommodate any size party day or night. I can honestly say I have never been in a pub that had 25 huge LCD flat panels broadcasting simultaneously. No matter where you are in the establishment, you have a terrific view.

Fabulous Food, Fun and Friends

This was unique experience for the TasteCasting team. Our host Paul Rockwell asked us to order whatever we would like to try off the menu and he guaranteed we’d like it. It took a few minutes to take in the extensive menu. Each of us picked something different. There were Chicken Quesadillas made with grilled chicken with what looked like mixed melted cheese and serve with a side of lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa. The sliders where a huge hit. The Chicken sliders with chedder cheese and fries went well with the Blue Moon. Another member of the team tried the chili and onion rings made it to the table too. Paul was right. Everything we had was terrific and the staff waiting on us were wonderful.
